Found in metric level 37 of excavation X-20 at Sima de las Golondrinas cave, northern Zacatecas, Mexico. Not directly dated. Chronology based on dating charcoals in related sediments: Late Pleistocene, probably terminal Last Glacial Maximum (LGM), older than 16,000 calibrated years before present (calBP).
