Found in metric level 33 of excavation X-20 at Sima de las Golondrinas cave, northern Zacatecas, Mexico. Not directly dated. Chronology based on dating charcoals in related sediments: Late Pleistocene, 16,000—16,500 calibrated years before present (calBP).
